Problem ordering Noctilumina- advice

Hi guys , I'm new to the forum and the hobby. I'm having problems purchasing B17F Noctolumina from their site, I sent a couple of emails with no acknowledgment, wondering if anyone here has an alternate source for Nocto B17F or Bwg9 Super Luminova? I found 1gram of BWG9 on Ebay for a $100 , seems steep.
I need the pigment to match new hands to my BP 126600 dial.
Thanks!

I assume Scott has a lot to do right now, normally he is answering within a day.

Sorry, I completely forgot, welcome to H-F! Also, I fear that this hobby is very much about patience. Try reminding him tomorrow.

From my reading on rep forums it has very very comparable in characteristics to SL, more so then glowinc powders. Word is that it's SL formula licensed for North American market.
From the photo comparisons and opinions I came accross on RWI the noctilumina B17F matches SL BWG9 which matches RLX Chromalight, with BGW9 slightly outperforming Chroma. I have no personal experience with these 3 pigments. I've been using GlowInc powders they are a good value, however their aqua coloured glow pigment is light yellow/green -not white-in daylight.
