Hi there,
I've this guy in front of me
cortebert.jpg
.
I'm making a build all based at the 616, but the look of this movement made me think can the NW movement holder, hands and dial (without feet) fit at this movement?
I know the 620R is thinner compared with the 616 but will the rest fit?
Thanks,
BM

I think it fit. as for some days I talk to Kp0y about this movement, he said all movement, 616,617,618,620 have the same stem hight. so the hight different must be under the mainplate

Depends on case... Cortebert 616 balance staff height is 4.12 while Cort 620 balance staff has height of 2.88 mm... So it could be that height difference is not on main plate but on bridges height...

Movement holder is different. 616 top plates are wider. For 620 you can use Molnija movement holder. Stem is same like Molnija. Hands are all same for 616, 617, 618, 620, 622, 624 - 1.8m for hour hand and 1.10 for minute (Molnija hands are 1.88 and 0.98).
Thickness of movement doesn’t affect installation in any available case, because it is thinner than 616 that can be used even in thin California case.
Seconds subdial spacement is same for all Cort 6**, Molnija 36**, Unitas 6497/8 and Hamilton 617.
Parts are not compatible between 616 and 620.

So, conclusion is that stem height is the same?
