I f*cked up my bb bronze, need help.

Well, I don’t know where to put this. So please move to the proper place if wrong here.
I got a bronze BB with a broken set of hands and a f*cked up keyless this January.
Ordered a movement from somewhere and a set of new hands and a dial from somewhere else. Pita because they were Rep parts and I had to source them from China. Put everything back together and it worked fine for the summer. Two week ago the minute hand came loose and I had to dissect everything again. Doing this I not only tore the second hand from its long pinion (double the usual length, not the part coming from the movement but the hollow pinion of the hand) but also clenched it together with my pincers when trying to remove it. Supposedly wrecked now. Same damage the hands had when I received the watch. Same goes for the keyless that I’ve tried to put back together at least ten times. The second hand is still intact apart from this. So a new pinion might do the job.
Plus I have no idea why, but with the new (supposedly better movement) there is a difference in height and it won’t really securely take the dial. Long story short: I’ve come to the conclusion that I am too clumsy for 2428 movements and in dire need of someone who is able and willing to put the original movement (with better jewels and perlage) together with some parts of the new movement (I think the balance of the original has had damage) at a reasonable price for a student. Based in Europe, preferrably Germany. I can supply all the parts from both movements. If the guy willing to do this is interested in some parts like a sub case or the original BB dial+hands, I’ll gladly put them into the package.
Don’t want to flip the watch as its grown to me as my first attempt with a repair and it worked fine for the summer. All my local watchsmith turned me down for they won’t work with homages or reps.
Best regards,
Vonn
