T in a circle stands for tritium afaik.

The "T" stands for Tritium, meaning that the luminous paint on the dial and hands contains Tritium.

The arrow is called broadarrow and means that the watch is issued to the british military. Unfortunately the symbol is not protected and hence it has lately been used on watches that were never issued.
