Read this thread as this character is on some of the other replica fora as well under the names Mika00 / williuk.stuffzzzi on eBay / SaibreX / and Comex5514_

Recently Thy is rugby professional player appears to have been found out as a pretty hotshot scammer of reps being sold as gens.

He tends to get boxes and papers first and then takes a watch and makes one where the serials all match.

In fact an interesting story came from an Italian dealer who traveled to the U.K. for evaluation of a DRSD 1665 only to find it was a pretty bad fake.

Quite a lot of work the DeepDweller guy ended up doing and interesting to see how it all ties in together.

That’s incredible V. These guys have no shame. Just shows how dodgy this game can be.

I love how the gen world uses the word fake a lot, if not exclusively. Replica sounds too classy I guess

Also "funny" how deepdweller stuck a perfectly honest and unknowing modder's name to the scam. He even came to RWI accusing him of being an accomplice to the scammer.

Modder had his chance to defend himself and prove he did not know about the situation. No one really doubted about him on the forum as he's a very respected member who helped numerous times with calling out scams and deceptive descriptions.
But you know, once this stuff goes out on open forums... I would never want my name associated with that, if someone took it seriously how difficult could it be to link a forum account to a real person?
