It depends on the MOQ, I’m looking to make a production watch, pretty high quality.
I’m aware that there will be a significant cost to get there, and as long as there will be a quality product in the end, I’m game.
If someone here would have access to the chinese makers who had for example the PAM 253 or 187 in production, that could be a help.

I was waiting for you to come forward with this idea, I could feel it from conversations about chronographs.
There may be a few obstacles, number of cases and material. Stainless 316L would be the obvious choice, that leaves you with the number of cases made. One case is extremely expensive, 10 and more will be within a reasonable price range, say (I am guessing here) $400 a piece.
I had a couple of two piece pilot cases made from stainless 316L around 9-10 years ago, from scratch and no CNC, but I knew the machinist and it made it affordable when you only make two or three cases. I had crystals made by a guy who makes glasses and lenses for binoculars.
Mine was a straight forward case, see through case back and a crystal on top, only one screw in crown. Pushers and stuff will make it more complicated.
