I am no expert, but if it is gen my catalogue says it should be around 1920/1930. Can you take a better photo of the dial?

i recall seeing this type of rolex ... it's called something like "Rolex Military Cushion case" .... if you google search that, information will pop up ... after that ... the details? its it a gold case? (usually these are small cases 34mm), the movement? etc ... there have been some replica dials of those

The value is what the buyer would accept.
It depends on the quality of the movement, the case seems to be polished or it is a aftermarket one. Are there engravings inside the caseback, are there gaskets and so on and so on. Was it opened once or is it completely generic and never been touched?
Only an expert can tell when he/she holds the watch in hands wearing a magnifying glass.
