Need Lugbar Microwelding/soldering services

Hi All,
I was working on a custom 3646 case build but I no longer have access to a drill press, torches, and soldering/brazing equipment so hoping to farm out some lug bar welding.
Material selection is a bit tricky: case is copper, brass, and nickel silver
Lug bars are bronze
2 cases, 8 holes to drill, 4 bars to weld or solder
Let me know if you'd be interested and send me a quote.
If you can solder/weld the crown tubes as well that would be plus!

My jeweler can TIG weld anything. He charges me around 15-30€ per watch depending on the time required to do it.

He welded these lugs in place for me. 30€, since he had to add material to fill huge gaps and align everything.

Can´t help you with welding but this case looks really cool. Remembers me of the mokume gane cases of H20 Watches.

Will this case gain patina ? Looking forward to see the finished build

Good to know, I've got a jeweler/instructor willing to show it to one of his friends for an estimate. If it doesn't work out I may have to send it your way.

Thanks! The patina won't be anywhere near as dramatic as a solid bronze case but yes it has done some since I first got it. What I'm looking forward too though is how it will look after an acid etch to emphasize the layers.

Mokume-gane? Can you share the source for these cases?

Ordered the mokume from a company in US as bar stock, then sent it over to Adrian to be milled back when he first released his Damascus cases. Been making glacial progress on this since. :problem:

I wanted to make a mokume-gane watch for years. Please keep pictures as the project progresses. Would love to see how it ends.
