Movement nickel plating

Hey guys,
I've been looking at some Cortebert 616 movements on eBay. If the nickel coating is partly gone (yellowish color on some plates/bridges etc), is that a problem or just a cosmetic issue? Would you buy one or not?
Thanks for your input!

Buying would be up to the buyer, whether you are looking for a pristine movement or a weathered one. The yellow colour is the brass under the plating.

You can easily nickel plate the bridges again. I have done it with some Molly’s. Easy and cheap.

With a pile of Canadian nickels (because they are actually made of nickel as opposed to US nickels which are zincatinaladium or something, a battery, salt, vinegar and some time. The trick is getting the current right for slow plating. Slow equals quality. I can do a tutorial this weekend when I have some time if there is a desire for it?
