It is just a Cortebert 624.

Yup, a 624, not 618. Thinner and wider than 616/618, needs its own movement ring. Engravings are probably real, Rolex did use the 624 in pocket watches.

This, though, is a real 618 like vintage P (non-Elinvar) and is a steal at its current price.
