2 is a tool used to make sure that the balance is balanced, you place the staff ends on the two blades and adjust the balance so it will not stop rolling in a particular position.
3 is for tightening collets, the brass ring hairsprings are fitted with.
The ones looking like an 8 are poising tools to make sure a balance is flat and also turning freely without stopping i any particular position.
The steel part with holes in it is a bench tool for all kinds of work, driving out pins, riveting and things like that.
