Pop It from the inside. That's what I did.

Yeah, think I will.
Worried that the crystal is bigger than the bezel though....so might have to remove bezel first!

Relumed the dial, refinished and lumed/aged the hands, bit of reshaping, aged and polished the case.
Pretty happy with the result.
