Bought a few a while ago. 3 piece ss steel case with 6 screwes in the back.
Same as the ones around the IWC73 and UN I posted lately.
For this Omega ( Unitas with a non-usual balance ) it was an easy fit.
For the Ulysse Nardin and the IWC 73 it needed some work on the lathe though.

But nothing difficult compared to when I built a Jaeger-LeCoultre 467/2 into a 43mm ss case.
Now that was a real pain in the ass. :lol:

Have you posted any of those builds in a dedicated thread? I would love to see it.
Sadly I made only a single photo during the process. But it tells a lot about all the pain in the ass. :) :D

I turned down the whole outer rim of the spacer part of the mainplate. Then came the anglage, re-plating etc... Much fun. :D
