I can see 3 styles long tube hands from various sellers,
so maybe you should try another seller...

Why should they exclude Germany? Maybe a new ruling about packaging or something like this?
Did you try your chance on eBAy?

In the worse case, I can buy these for you,
but in August, delivery from FR to DE will take more time than from CN ...
