Yes, by Gran Esferas, a traditional dial maker company of Spain. More than 4 years ago. The lume contains radium.

It was a bit pricey but hey, totally worth it.

We ordered around 5 of those dials (on a Spanish watches forum).

I used to see those dials occasionally on eBay. I now regret not getting one.

I have recovered the project files. It was made back in 2011 (and posted on the old forum too). You can get one made by any of the pad printed dial makers

Got this Squale 1553, quartz. According to Squale, case, case back, crown and dial are NOS from the 70s and 80s.

But, I just can’t have shiner new things on my wrist. They just don’t feel right.

So, I went to work on it. Unfortunately I need to order a set of new hands, paint them and relume them, as the original hour hand’s sleeve came off and it will not function.

Currently has a modern eta quartz in it. I’m going to try how to figure out if I can fit a mechanical movement in it of a period/reference correct quartz. New hands are coming as well.

Got a $52 sterile Tudor with drilled case on Ali, I had a raffles dial already so I trimmed down the dial to fit the case, relumed it and matte sprayed thick and baked it. Aged the hands a bit and relumed to match. Not bad so far.
