I am familiarized with the post. I initiated the complain that resulted in that person's suspension. However, while I appreciate the moderators being thoughtful of Joe McMeans's personal issues, the truth is that those are excuses. He never owns up to his responsibilities and shortcoming. This went on for years. In the rare occasions when he comes through, he delivers garbage, simply garbage.

Meanwhile, he still sells watches and parts online. I guess "suffering from health and real-life issues" doesn't stop him from selling watches and parts online. They just prevent him making us, H-F community, whole. Further, his "issue" didn't start a few years ago. It has been like this from the beginning.

By allowing this guy to hung around, moderators are giving this scammer a platform to keep selling services and goods at the expense of many here who were cheated by him.

He is a coward who has gone to accuse me organizing a conspiracy to prevent him from making an income. This is not conspiracy, I am doing in the open, and I will stop when he delivers.

Oh, and to be clear, regarding his stories of health and personal loss: bull crap. I and many other here have been more than patient and understanding.

What did it for me, besides the fact that he over charged me for parts that never worked, the fact that he made original parts worse off and useless and cost me more money just to replace those parts, was the fact that I always communicated with him respectfully, almost begging for updates after years, and then he he had the audacity to get an attitude with me.

Edit to add that he also saw a bunch of messages from me and ignored them for months (yes, WhatsApp tells you when the other person sees your message, we all know that). That is when I finally, after years of going back and forth, I came to the moderators.

So, respectfully, fuck Joe McMeans.

Your suggestion is to ban him and let each member deal with him individually?

It has been years. He is not going to deliver, and my fear is that him being around still allows him to have access to more members.
If he wanted to, he could have delivered everyone's orders a long time ago, or come clean and state that he is incapable of delivering.
