I suggest..return all money.. sell things when you are ready or very near ready to sell them. In your message there is absolutely nothing concrete.
We had many projects like these here over the years, but they were properly updated.
Here is just no updates..and common we were patient enough.
This is a never ending cascade of reasons to hang onto people’s hard earned money over years.
There’s a very easy way to “clear the backlog” and that’s to return peoples things and money and start over to sell the things when they’re ready.
Repaying back money owed to others in “parts” is a slap in the face. If he wants he should sell the parts himself and pay you back in cash.
