Imagine all those who put hundreds or even thousands of dollars as down payments for years sitting, waiting, and hoping for promised parts and cases.

It sucks and I agree, shouldn’t be tolerated.

But

As Emilio has explained to us, his actions have earned him a ‘caution status’ and a ‘deal at your own risk’ warning.

What else can we do but wish him the best and encourage him to turn it around and find time to fulfill his promises? Hopefully he finds time to prioritize his promises soon and finally get these parts and cases we paid money for.

Cutting him out would all but end hopes of a return.

Wow that is unfortunate and completely new to me.

Are there actually folks in here as part of our forum who have deposits of thousands of dollars for products?

If so, is there be a thread so that people can come forward who may have considered their money otherwise lost?

At the years out timeline for those with thousands of dollars on deposits for items shouldn’t the resolution include an option to be refunded the deposit?

Thanks for your comments and sharing. It’s uncomfortable but good to have open dialogue on how to manage these challenges in the community.

My experience is only concerning the EGI project curtly dead in the water. I can only speak for myself but I’ve recently given up waiting about 3 years now.

Refunds are not an option but an exchange for supposed parts or products was offered. Those ‘offers’ have yet to be disclosed and I have little confidence they ever will be.

There’s only hope at this point.

Fortunately, Joe is doing better now and making some progress once again.

He might update his situation with us in the near future

hey guys, the bezels are coming to fruition, only a few steps left, pins to hold to the bezel and the cuts in the crystal itself. both of these are very tedious as well, as all of this project has been; and i can not wait to get it off my plate! again, so so sorry for the delays. i know its driving you guys crazy, thanks to those who have been understanding and patient and again my apologies for the delays.
