That looks like the 624 it’s 17’’

I thought the Hamilton 699 was the same size at Cortebert 620 or 624.

I think that it is the same as the 624. When the 917 was discontinued Hamilton start using the Cortebert 624 with the the caliber number 699. Almost sure on this.

It is 36mm Hamilton 699. basically a rebranded cortebert 620/624 movement

not really 36mm.
Look at balance and barrel. Under that pocket watch case you will find a bigger baseplate (than on 620) like 624.

anyway... very beautiful piece!
