What are you working on now?

Having one very nice Cortebert pocket (great looking 6498 movement and with a nice dial)

and one 6498 movement but with a not that much nice dial…

…. and getting two very cool builds.

- one Radiomir 47mm with the Cortebert movement (which I already presented the other week)

Guilloche portable machine

It is fully functional and according to the owner will be shared as an open platform. Basically will be a kit to make your own guilloche machine.

Neat! I started to make a DIY rose engine, but its been on back burner for a few years. will keep eye out for his open platform see if theres anyt parts of it i can grab. i was using motorcycle pistons as the 'frame' that bumps the pusher against the rosettes, and a horizontal mill mainshaft to hold it.. as its just what i had laying around and seemed quite sturdy. was still trying to piece together a wormscrew offset adjuster for better patterns/rosette indexing, but thats about when it stopped

thank you for sharing ! my friend is assembling the big beast at the moment. but for me this experience is out of reach at the moment, because in a day is only 24 hours Image unfortunately. but I love guilloche!
