I recently received a 15 year old Orient Bazaar “Rolex” from a friend of mine who didn’t want it … and today I was playing around with a bit amber vintage mod… why not. Image

With the tip of the paper handkerchief I removed
superfluous color and/or corrected it.
Some rest time … and the result after a couple of hours later…

when you can ware the watch, you are a little lazy to tune it further, another projects are waiting, but at least in small steps still would like to add a gong for more beautiful sound. better than Hondike alarm, still have my testing movement... will be another temptation to make one more alarm )

What I like about homages is that they can be periodically modified and improved ;)
