The wrist feel is almost incognito/weightless. It sits perfectly compared to most dive watches.
Last but not least the movement. + 1-2 seconds per month, also 72+ hours reserve...
I can only highly recommend Grand Seiko. Makes most high end (not top if the line/haute horologie) swiss watches look like Casio.
