42mm pilot watch case mineral glass, ofrei hands broached to fit movement because an odd size hour and minute wheels, 7.65 mm crown from Ebay. This one was a challenge, not sure if I can say the movement on this forum but its not swiss. Popular design for smaller watches

thanks, it is the athaya case, 47mm with 4992b inside
