When polished it looks like rose gold. But the colour becomes dull very quickly

My pics don't do justiceImage

Here I made a 24mm crazy leather strap with brass buckle. I couldn't find proper bronze for the buckle and the lugs I was planning to replace

Here's a River dial I am working on.
Humbrol earth brown and black acrylic rattle cans, UV resin to fill the markers, chalk dust for the lettering, satin top coat. Next up find my loom powder from Steph.ImageImage

An old 5218 case shaping attempt. It's on hold now as I'm away from home, but it's on my mind. Does this count Image

This is the closest I could get.

I received this Aero Watch Neuchâtel pocket watch with an ETA/UNITAS 6497 a few weeks ago.

And this one with 6498 today.

So I swapped the dial from the pocket watch with the 6497 on the 6498 movement to make a wristwatch conversion. The 6497 will be used for a Panerai build soon. Image

Below some pics from the wristwatch conversion:
As you can see the dial was a bit too large and had to be reduce by ~1.3mm.
