@earloflondon - that’s going to be a beauty! I keep waffling on picking up that case because I know if I sign up to Ali I’m going to end up buying too much stuff!

@bmsm - that case is looking great! Has similar lines to the the Zenith El Primero, and makes me want to hunt for a Zenith monopusher chronograph pocketwatch movement.

Added a glide lock clasp to a Raffles rivet bracelet, but the squared corners didn’t seem to flow very well. Rounded the ends with files and sanding sticks, still have a lot of detail finishing to do. I’m thinking it could look really cool with some riveted side plates to match the bracelet.

Yeah I hope so too. Given how raw the original one was, I think this one is an improvement, still there is some way to go between the lugs and on the lugs themselves.

My life has gotten very busy. No time to play watch. I haven't been around here for a while. Things are starting to slow down and hopefully I will have some time this winter to finish a few of my projects.

This week end I think I will start on one of my projects. Maybe an hour a day.

Aliexpress bronze 45 WL reshaped. To my surprise bronze turned out to be a seriously hard alloy though not as hard as the 316L
