Well, not too much... It is old horizontal mill, I assume from 1950-60's. Table is about 60x20 cm, roughly. I retrofitted vertical milling head ( the green part). Also put BLDC motor 550w, it is commonly used for sewing machines, has great power density.... I put another same motor on my mini 7x12 lathe and difference is huge, in positive wayImage

Derailing is fine, that is what this is all about and it sometimes will spark something new and interesting! I find this interesting to see and a way to learn something new, keep it coming!

Yes, derailing makes sparks, new ideas!Also that spark keeps our mind and spirit younger than our body! Someone said "Try not to loose that kid in you and you will never loose creativity"...
