I used to report these all the time, but heard and found that eBay typically only removes listing when the actually company that owns the brand reports it. Otherwise it opens up to people just filing false reports against people or companies to be an ass.

I suppose it's a good system to protect legitimate sellers and eBay is not an expert in all things fake.
