Also since you are going to delete the crown stem alignment doesnt matter! A thin dial allows you to bury that movement deep in the case.
This is going to be sweet when it's done!

Im confused a little, should it be wind with the caseback later,or have the caseback be removed to wind the movement with the key?

Open the case and wind, I calculated and after all it is running for 8-9 days so this won't disturb me.

ah now I understand well, sounds cool too. I was thinking about a CB winding mechanism.

I would go the simple way too, a CB winder I would not have an Idea how to bring it to practice
