Thanks, unfortunately it'll be off to the owner soon now that it's done, it's been a very satisfying build with good results on a pretty modest budget

After reluming, my hands lost its sheen.

Tried cleaning with lime and baking soda mix.

Hard reshape to start the afternoon...I'm happy with this more round bezel. In the same time I tested brass bezel index...I will decide after the polishing and the final stage....
Do you remove the bezel for reshaping or do it in place? Very hard to shape these I suppose

Broaching successful :D :D :D
So, 0.05 mm in diameter work with Athaya‘s tall tube hands.

I work with hand files directly on the bezel in place, I just remove the pins from the bezel. On my fist built I had take the bezel out from the case...it was a real nightmare and it easy to warp it. In fact it's really easier to trim the bezel in place

That's my point. Warping the bezel is the issue with these cases I heard. So removing the indices will be enough. How about the crystal? I think it's easier to remove if it's mineral. Otherwise, if it's a custom made thick plexi it will be difficult. Anyway, your way of working the bezel is noted. Thnx
