How on earth do you measure those tolerances? Chapeau to the both of you.

He made them slightly conical and a tiny tiny bit bigger.
I sanded the bits til the first mm slided in.
Used the bench vice to carefully press them tightly.

No drawings, this piece is inspired by a depth gauge I bought from Elias years ago. (pic one)
I would love to make a hyper dome plexi, ( like I did on the second pic) but the buddy who asked me to build it wants a moderate one.

just quick update, tomorrow hope will put on the strap. the rivets are temporary. not finished the one I intended to put, yet... the relief are simple but not...

It should be Athaya case - Helenarou is to small for 4992B...

But the build is jus wow! I'm speechless
