Hi there is a screw trapped in the balance wheel ,thats probably stopping it from running .It looks like the hold down screw for the movement in the case .Jeff

Rolex 626 (624 Cortebert) its wider and thinner. I have all 3 models. its not 618. But if someone emotionally can be hooked on this click bate, it works...
