Unless you can find an Incabloc 616 baseplate and an Inca balance wheel that balance cock is useless. And finding a centre wheel chaton jewel….
It’s a lot of money to spend on something that’ll never be what it’s tryin to be.

Absolutely no interest so I pulled it myself. As you said it should be in a 6154 case. Meanwhile I rebuilt it with a more appropriate dial and popped it back up.
