Now 10/10 are sold - the whole run!
Today my dad visited so I showed him the buckles.
„Too bad they aren’t belt sized, I‘d really love to have one...“
His 76th birthday is on the 24th of may so I thought: „well - they aren‘t yet...“
Cut out for a 40mm belt in 6mm brass:
Sawin‘ the night away
All filed flat
Making the hinge...
...and the bevels
I‘d totally wear this.

A little size comparison to my 27mm buckle:

The progress so far:
- hinges roughed in
- bevels set
- inside and outside edges filed flat and finished to 600grit
