Likely no unless it was added after. I’ve only seen three 240 units over the years that came with a seconds hand. That said, it might have been added after (I haven’t read / translated the description). Just FYI, the seconds pinion on a 240 is slightly exposed above the jewel (even though it’s beneath the level of the main plate), so you could add a subseconds with a long tube subseconds hand.

like a hour drive from where I life even I have some relatives living in that village. sad that the picture of the timescale are not very good and even the price not so good
