For the ali-case, which is really thick, you could use an even thicker CG than NW...

You will need a thickness also, because Ali case have a thinner CG, not same as NW and because of case recess you can't install a thicker CG.

Better for @Emilio is to have a case in his hands.

I can send one if receiving a case from outside of Eu is not a problem.

But the recess is way to small compared to the thikness of the case...
I would recommend making the CG thicker, and filing the recess in this area away:

I would recommend making the CG thicker, and filing the recess in this area away:

If you have tools or CNC then yes, if not then you will have a not good lines on recess. Also price will go up, all cost time and resources. Case mod to make it thinner, modding lugs to thinner ones, I know this because I had modded more than 50 of this cases. In this case is better to buy and mod an rep 127 case. Less work and you will have a not fatty case with tinny CG.

@Kp0y you are right, alone cost for alix case and the 3d printed CG it's better to buy cheap rep... but those cheap 127 reps seem to have vanished...

Maybe a vintage style crown guard for a mini fiddy case could be made. I think it would sell well.

Could solve the problem of small winding “wheel” as well.

Just use a Jackson crownguard and crown with tube. It will require a easy adjustment that everyone can do in 5 minutes.
This parts was cheap on NW shop 10-15$ as I remember.
