Sharp edges aren’t easy. But apart from that it’s really nice to work with. Already saw a brand using 3D printed cases.
It’s the second time I use this and so far no issues.

Never thought on doing that. You have some minimal requirements like printing area, suspended walls height and width. I can check if someone send me 3D file. Maybe
