The same seller has been selling the same 7928 with a wrong dial for months. On the sale below, the seller said that he sold the watch an realier time, and the buyer canceled the transaction.

It is the very movement, scratches and all. But it looks as if some rust has been removed, it was supposed to be serviced in USA and something happenend on the way according to Mark. Now it is there, unsold as far as I can tell.
There are a few out there, some in watches and one here..

Mark mentioned that it has been sent to an alleged watchmaker in USA and that something unfortunate happened, I can't tell if the long seconds pin is still there in the auction....
I was under the impression that he would have sent it to me, but it never happened. Nothing bad would have happened here and if it happened I would have been able to supply the parts.
