Damn. You are strong M. Got to say that I remember a few emails we exchange 3 or 4 years ago about life and you never give up. I really admire your strength.

For me: Fat zero bence press, 20 sit ups and may be one chin up!
You're definitely on the right track on your recovery journey.

They will remove the titanium when the time comes.
Indeed! Maybe the piece of titanium can be left inside? I think they can do that if it doesn't bother you.
