As simple as that. The seestern has the best bezel as both scales turn together. On the Tactical Frog just the outer turns. It's a decompression scale so should turn together

if I may ... NO decompression scale ...
you set the depth you mean to go and the bezel shows the max time you can stay there to avoid decompression stages ...
