The old and worn keeper measures:
Outside: 12x26mm
Inside: 8,5x22,5mm

The ones on the new strap measures:
Outside: 9,5x24,5mm
Inside: 6x21,5mm

Slightly smaller than the old keeper will work, the height is the issue as it doesn't allow a double strap in there.
