Those customers will never experience what healing effect tranquility and patience will have on their mind. Watches are more than mechanicle objects, they can be a philosophical view onto time and onto oneself, too. Nothing to spread hectic about.
So you did right to leave the customer behind, he or she has still to learn a lot ...

P.S. @van song: This poster is brilliant. I will hang it in my office. I build houses and customers always want it all - fast, extraordinary and cheap

 Ah, the joys of modern life..lol. I've been there and done that with impatient people more than I care to remember. I try to get things done in a timely manner. Sometimes real life and responsibilities get in the way. If somebody can't understand that then there's nobody holding a gun to their head forcing them to deal with me. I'm sure you also get people who want to be bumped to the front of the line or who email you literally every day wanting progress reports. As I get older my patience with people wears thinner I suppose. But hey, I'm a curmudgeon anyway...

Yoda wrote: February 6th, 2020, 4:40 pm I was at the post office today, with a note saying that I could pick up a long time expected part.

Long kew, eventually it was my turn: "I am afraid that I can't help you ", the guy said.....I said: "What is the problem?"....He said: "The parcel isn't here" .....

I said: "Afraid? In a few seconds you will be terrified!"

I hate Postnord! Fucking Danish private investment company...
Postnord is a pile of dog shit!

They have stolen a pair of cell phones (worth ~$1000) from people I know personally. As in they received the package and never delivered it. Fuckers.
