I told my daughter what I was doing and she said: "dad, if they asked you, then you can say no", "if you want to, take care"..she has been worried since I told her what I did for a living and I have always told her not to worry as long as I don't worry. She is 32 years old now and a grown woman and I have helped her in tricky situations with punks, police and things teenagers do.
I can still hear bats when I sit outside at my summer home early in the evening, I never miss any details and I scan a crowd in seconds. I have been a bodyguard and done other things, I don't get affected by adrenaline and stuff, those days are long gone. I once dated a girl and she always said: "sleep tight Frost", I guess she could read me well.

Damn, the leg doesn't hold up and I will have to slow down a bit.
I am going to exercise the muscles around it instead and I didn't think of that particular thing right away.

TRX suspension training may be a good tool to ease rehab exersising at home,
You can easilly find a generic one for 30 bucks

The titanium thing was removed today and it seems that my bone has grown back as intended. Still, it hurts like hell and standing on it is more or less out of the question.

I need to grow more bone. In the meantime I will exercise my upper body to be back in shape when the time comes for the leg. I have been too lazy for way too long, but I lifted 110 kilos today in the bench press, did around 400 sit ups and a few chin ups, ten or twelve.
