How does this work?
If small movement jewel , that was set like a jewelry stone, was cracked and fell off, one side allow you open the rubbed bezel, another side to set back new movement jewel. I have two movements that need this kind of job. Of cause you always can make custom made settings tool that I can also do myself. I just saw the video lesson by Mark Lovick (he is amazing watch smith) , and bought it just because It could be useful if It is the right size
there are many sizes. And I bought it really cheap. Around 30usd. It’s just nice vintage tool with original box. Finally I probably will make a custom more simple tool or readjust this one to the needed size.
