That's paint on the dials and the engravings are not gen... I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole

I was thinking maybe someone here made those dials a long time ago, or could identify the maker ... may be able to identify them by the back plates?
seems like the seller has been hoarding quite a few parts, and now is listing them (we all know about hoarding around here
)
