Yes they are. And I do believe that this was delivered today due to the total 23 claims, 3 for the delivery supervisor and 20 to CTT, aka, Portuguese post office. They call me yesterday saying that would be delivered today, not a normal procedure. So if I hadn’t claim maybe would reach 90 days.
