I use the generic ones, they look like the Seiko ones. I only replace straps and spring bars when needed. I know, I am boring.
I’ve bought the generic ones in various size before but the felt so cheap. I’d get a huuuuuuge box for $15 but they were so flimsy.

I love these Seiko ones. The spring and shoulders are sturdy and on some of these watches I fear the flimsy spring bars making me lose the watch and crashing it onto the floor :)

Not bad. I have one for 44 PAM

But they are made of metal, that's why I switched to 3D printed ones.
