i met Rolex 622 silver plated usually for Eaton, without engraving, also with engraving on the left side. pictures from eBay not high resolution. if look through a microscope, if you will see patina difference and engraving bit different angle or sharpness, then we can charge for sure. some Rolex 618 were engraved later by their owners, it is known fact. just need to test before engraving on a piece of brass. lets assume engraver was tired at that day

The rest of the movement seems legit. I've never seen this style of movement used anywhere else without the Rolex engraving. If the engraving was added afterwards, I'd like to know where the movement came from.
