Getting the feet into the right spot is such a pain, that I would welcome any idea to make this easier

Maybe but it's too much trouble having to sew it on so for now it's OK,


That buckle looks nearly as thick as the mid case
If you want to darken the strap, the simple treatment is to simply rub some oil on it. Doesn't really matter what kind of oil - though I suppose leather oil would be best

I've been leaning toward eta,yes,I just have to order a movement holder for it.The case is the old DSN fiddy case,so I don't even know if it's available anymore.Will most probably start a WTB thread.
