Maybe that the scammer is not using random pictures from the Internet (like when someone doesn't own the item)

What does that mean?
If you find it on google image search, you can instantly tell it's from someone else's advertisement.
Since I can't find a copy, It's possibly a unique photo which indicates a real posting of a real item. The $1k buy it now when there are 4 or 5 others at 4-5k, is where the suspicion comes in.... also, listing is gone.
