Well it's marked Cal. 545 right on the movement but I've never seen that plate configuration before.

Obviously he made typo, it says 585 in listing. I can't see clearly on mobile, looks like you said 545... So some of 540-542 family 19 ligne movement... Perhaps it is different cal marked because it has no subseconds.

But probably the movment is too large for a wristwatch conversion
